Yeah, it's high diff at least now. Kaido saw Oden as a monster he put along side the greatest figures and Zoro at least comes close with his newly attained power. With Oden's power being more refined probably and having more physical power. But current Zoro would push Oden to extreme diff, if he can now casually infuse attacks with CoC and fully tamed Enma (which he probably did).
You guys are going way overboard. Oden was compared to Roger, Whitebeard and Rox, Shanks. Zoro is not near that level.

Zoro now is just YC1+. That's it.

Well, Oden similarly to Big Mom was portrayed as a natural born freak. Slapping the nurse against the walls as a toddler, killing a bear as a 5 year old child, taking a bath in boiling oil for an hour while holding the 9 scabbards above his head.

Hard to tell. ISDS seems to have more raw power, though Oden never got the chance to use Togen Totsuka on a mountain. But lethality doesn't necessarily equal DC, since Shishi Sonson is one of Zoro's strongest attacks and a finisher. Togen Totsuka is Oden's Shishi Sonson equivalent.

In terms of attack power/lethality, I think Togen Totsuka is stronger, since it's Oden's strongest attack. A mastered CoC Asura from healthy Zoro might be even above that though.
I just think Zoro is more balanced fighter than Oden and definitely a smarter fighter.

And obviously if it becomes battle of attrition endurance and will power then Oden can't win

Really hoping there is more of a definition to King's Flame/Durability than just "Flame = Durable, no Flame = Speed".

Like how the fuck is having the Flame on his back supposed to make him more durable. Oda never leaves stuff like that up in the air. So either it does get explained this chapter, or if King is truly defeated here, then we will come across another Lunarian later in the story where this gets explained.

Yep Oda left a lot of shit hanging.
Let’s see if King is truly done

It would be weird if Zoro with mastered CoC infusion, fully tamed Enma and monstrous AP and lethality wouldn't even scale up to an old rusty Rayleigh. Low top tier is reasonable. High tier is too little.
There is a huge gap between Yonkos and YCs. Zoro is past the YC stage, but calm down. There is still a long way to go.

King still has very very high durability even without his trick. His AP and physical strength is ridiculously high as well and he's one of the most versatile fighter. He was out kicking Sanji and Marco, out sword fighting Zoro, can produce stronger wind sythes than Kaido.

I hate the fact that just because Zoro (after powering up) destroyed King so now King is considered Crackrr like one trick pony
