Regarding Zangiri Mochi, I agree that it's G4 lvl. It was heavily paralleled with Snakeman's King Cobra - I'd say it's equal or slightly stronger than that. Low tier Boundman attacks maybe.

Gear 4 is several times stronger than Gear 3. If you want to judge by size, then Katakuri's gear 3 is 1.5 times stronger than Luffy's.
