It will be quite distasteful to see kid and law contribute as much to the fight against kaido as luffy with no powerups in sight, no haki training, no commanders beaten but mainly hype built on a prets panel all three shared. law and kidd need to be shown doing something to better themselves or else their contribution might look even worse than law's encounter with doflamingo.

Kidd went through extreme battle the past 2 yeats as his databook states
Haki blooms through extreme situations.

Kidd will be whatever Oda intended

Law on the other hand has been fighting Hawkins and co
He will get a boost too.

Oda decided that the last chapter for act 2 need to focus on this 2 character. Act 3 = begining of the festival = start of the plan invasion against Kaido.

Both need to master a new form that is told to be the only way that will have an impact on Kaido.

Luffy had 7 days to master the new form.

Zoro had 5 days to master the new technique.

Luffy and Zoro will destroy Kaido - I put my money on that :) :cheers:

Enma is not a power up.

Zoro lose a 21 grade sword which is a black blade (which enhance his defense and AP)and gain a 21 grade sword which is not a black blade (which enhance greatly his AP).

To speak in number, Shusui gives :

+3 in defense
+2 in attack

Enma gives:

+5 in attack.

Enma is, at best, a equal exchange, at worst, a nerf.

Yeah and as i said in my previous post, he lost the defense boost of the black blade. So Zoro gains in AP what he loses in defense. How is it a powerup?
