There are different nuances to it. It doesn't just have to be chilling and not doing anything. You fit the mold of the facilitator I've mentioned, and unless someone has absolutely no range as scum it's something that is easily fakeable. It entails doing exactly what you've been doing, being agreeable, engaging peeps with questions that I feel are pretty bland and don't lead to much conclusions or progression.

I mean let's just agree to disagree then lol. I'm not going to convince you you're scum, and I don't really take into account justification of behavior to develop my reads, but rather your content. There just hasn't been much progression for your presence in the game, and questioning of people.

Think we're not really understanding each other, there is a slight difference between having reads and the progression in your solving. Latter really is reflected through your questioning which I didn't find pertinent most of the time, and how you approach people. Also looks like TAC claimed Jugg lol.

Hmm I don't think so, we understand each other very well, I just don't think your involvement in AL's lynch and whipping people to vote by like tagging really reflect much townie especially since you have a whole other body of work that I have issues with, and especially since AL was maf;


After Cinera claimed, the consensus started turning on AL. That's just straight facts, even if votes at the time may not have reflected it.

I honestly don't see it. Think you were more so dunking on him to get the consensus lynch going rather than a townie conviction of having a real scum read they're convinced of. Fam, I've played in ToS games that ended in single digit threads lmao. I was molded by not reaching majority even with confirmed scum results. I think it's fair to try to whip people to vote, but my issue with your engagement with Rej lies in your slight shade of him. I just don't see it as a town approach, the "what you did might be considered scummy" is too weird for that. I don't get the feeling you actually were pinged by the post, so why that comment? Your whole approach is like a pseudo-push on him but also not being too confrontational which I found scummy.

i agree with light's lack of conviction and everything about him going for concensus and claims rather than actually solving. i feel it as well, specially with how he handled zao's result on alibaba today. i have these concerns with the way u r tying him to Al wagon though, because i kind of town read light in day 1 but scum read him today:

1. i think that wagon purely started by drago. at that time light was voting tpein, questioning lind, solis etc.. to claim if they have anything (which is terrible if seen out of context) and tbh there was no context for them but thats beyond the point. my question here is do u town or scum read drago? because thats who started the wagon really. light could be a victim of coven vs mafia action.

2. do you believe what AL said in his trial? that he was controlled by coven and the possible coven players he listed. if thats the case, then dont u think coven will atleast not make it this obvious that they know Al's role. like thats kinda dumb for coven to just push Al in such a forced manner. they just out themselves for no reason

Anyway, to get on point, @TheAncientCenturion I don't understand your process here if you had the option to just convert to the Town. Why lie and say you had Don caught targeting Mango? I think there is a good chance you are a Lyncher, or whatever they're called in Town of Salem, with Don as your target.

Which isn't to say I think Don is Town. I think Don's immediate assumption that TAC was a Lyncher was a terrible thought process to have - I don't see myself assuming someone fake claiming an investigation automatically wants me lynched because they need that for their wincon, as opposed to them just being scum straight up. It's a viable possibility, sure, I concede that, but Don has not presented it as such - it has been his ONLY conclusion to date on this matter. I think I'm going to vote Don today, but I'm wary of gifting TAC a win. For those more experienced in this format, how likely is it that a Lyncher target is non-town?

Not at all, I started in 2019. Caught up about half a year after the previous expansion, Shadowbringers, came out. I don't even have an attachment to the Final Fantasy IP either really - before XIV my only experience with it was the disappointment that was XIII (though Lightning is cool) and Bravely Default. And it's not that I'm an MMO fan either, it's the first one I've stuck with for any length of time. It's hard to really describe - it's one of those stories that gets you more and more invested and generally is well-written. The only shame is that the first (base) game can be a bit of a slog and jobs feel tedious before like level 60, though I guess the free trial covers that.

I was not informed and I start out with basic defense, so IIRC that means a Vet would murder me.

Without re-reading it got Drago as town. Don't think starting the wagon on Al even for meh reasoning is a bad look, had a post of hesitancy a bit that was alright. His worse look was the Kagura & Lind reads, they felt very cheap and we were words appart

Nobody else claimed controlled, so it might have been the case. Would have expected him to have claimed it earlier in order to derail any coven push and create doubts, it's a tough situation to be in. He probably was genuine though
