I don't think the fights were rushed, just not proportionate to the set up time, but nothing can be proportionate to the set up time, because Oda's editors are hacks who can't keep him under control and make the set up time more reasonable.

This. Problem with Wano is that the pay off feel quite short compared to the time spent setting the battle up. This Is why it may feel "rushed" despite the arc being almost 130 chapters long

Drake's battle with Apoo has been one of the most bizarre rollercoasters Oda has given us

-Drake starts attacking Apoo because he hates him and promises to defeat him
-Apoo survives everything Drake throws at him, despite the fact close quarters combat is supposed to be Drake's specialty
-Drake starts tag-teaming Apoo with Zoro and most of the live floor
-Still not enough, Apoo fends off both at once
-Zoro finally gets serious and takes down Apoo with his attack
-Apoo recovers and jumps back into the action
-Drake chomps on Apoo by surprise as he jumps towards the Strawhats
-Apoo gets back up and keeps fighting Drake
-Drake teams up with Prime Hyogoro
-Still not enough, Apoo is just fine and doing his thing
-Drake and Apoo end up negotiating and Apoo recommends a team-up
-Drake refuses and continues the fight, revealing he has discovered yet another glaring weakness of Apoo
-Doesn't do anything for him, Drake still fails to get any results
-Yamato attacks Drakes and he has to beg her to stop and try to explain himself
-Apoo gets bored with Drake and decides to see what Yamato is doing
-Drake continues to chase Apoo promising he's still going to bring him down
-Apoo gets attacked by CP-0 as Drake watches

wano luffy new attack look good today. But when we will reach Blackbeard arc and luffy fight Akainu. This attack will be meh to future enemies like Blackbeard or Akainu.

Kadio will get powercreep harder and king is literally proof how oda handle kadio.

1. Kidd and Law are going to beat Big Mom.
2. Kizaru isn't stronger than Akainu because he isn't nearly as driven.
