We don't like either. We just accepted the rs first and the exo is what we got instead. Exoskeleton is slightly better cause sanji didn't have a choice and destroyed the rs

It wasn’t really an ass pull lol, but rather expected xD. He was modified and his brothers have had these powers of exoskeleton all along Sanji was just a late bloomer.

Tho on the second part I do agree the RS was actually cool.

RS is a gift from his family that he hates so it'd be hypocritical to use it. Although his hatred for his family isn't ironclad like the "no hitting women" rule so he still used the RS begrudgingly in desperate situations.

People are happy that it's gone now because there's no more hypocrisy.

Exo is born with so he can't do anything about that.

The exoskeleton gives all the benefits of the RS except invis.
But it gives a free excuse for sanji using germa tech while pretending not to use germa tech that's why.

They knew something was going to come from germa as power up. And exoskeleton gave a lot without any compensation...so propoganda started to make it seem a good thing.....not his choice BS etc..

I guess because buffed Sanji in suit and tie is better than buffed Sanji in a super sentai suit

Doesn't fit with his fighting style well, much cooler to see the martial arts flourish outside of the suit.
Exoskeleton buffs him as a character and can't be taken away/ destroyed.
