Let's not forget CP0 also made Blacbeard pirates run away after a short clash. While I'm sure Blackbeard just wanted unecessary casualties this does imply they have at least a few elements that are YC level at least.

Damaging Marco permanently has nothing to do with Ryuou. He can heal every possible wound and even non-Ryuou attacks will damage him.
Here Marco was getting tired so he couldn't heal these injuries.

Luffy got knocked out by Kaido and still managed to use coc unconsciously. Still the best CoC feat till date.

Kizaru's attack disintegrated like half of his body dude. And did Akainu ever aim directly for Marco? I only remember him intercepting fodder punch destined to fodder tier pre td Luffy.
