Let me explain enma because some people can't get it at all.
The reason enma can cut Kaido is because it brings the haki of swordsman wielding it out with no restrain thus cutting it more than required.
This is the reason Zoro cut the coast instead of tree as he was unable to control the ryou unleashed from his body by enma (visible from all that cloud around enma and Zoro hand).
So mastering enma means mastering ryou and Boat so that you won't let enma suck up your haki more than it's required and would be able to cut anything yet nothing depending one's own will. That's all there is to enma
Now Shusui is black blade. Once someone master ryuo and boat, and use it in battles consistently then only he can make a blade black. This is much more difficult and much more advanced.
That's Shusui is more important than enma and has more hype.
