YC1 level characters are almost powerless against a yonko. You gotta be closer to admiral level in order to damage them consistently. Not referencing to Marco vs Akainu in particular because he is a Logia but unless the yonko isn't very durable it is this way. I doubt Marco can damage Kaido consistently for example.

Who says Zoro would be able to damage Kaido consistently though? And again, it wouldn’t make sense for Zoro to be above YC1 level and almost admiral level before he even fought against his first YC1.

I agree to a certain point but that doesn't mean that Zoro is no use against Kaido.

It Zoro is of use, it will be because of the sword. Because Zoro isn’t comparable to Luffy, who couldn’t do anything to Kaido when he attacked Kaido.

Technically it increases his kicking power. He is a **** that uses kicks, so that's good on him for now until we see how DJ goes with the suit

Nah this is like Hiyori said, this sword is more special than Shisui given it helps Performs the strongest attacks, which is why only Oden could perma scar Kaidou n not other Top tiers. It is also the need of hour in this arc.

With limited Haki, it can even results in user death, and if one has enough Haki he can even make Top tiers attacks(using all the Haki in one attack to make the strongest slash), bt i am guessing that would leave Zoro hakiless for mins or even hours like G4.

Bt Ryumma was better as a swordman since he turned the sword Black.
