Surprise surprise the MC's fights have greater stakes, duration and focus because he is the only one who can win them against the arc bosses (Lucci admitted even severely injured he would kill the entire crew without issue, Yamato, Kidd and others in the alliance and outside of the alliance recognize only Luffy can beat Kaido, whole crew had to wait and rely on Luffy to defeat Moria on the sidelines, despite several of them facing imminent death).

Making big mom scream, enduring Hakai (strongest op character), defeating a YC1 in fifteen minutes, cutting dragon Kaido, cutting Apoo and saving the antidote and everybody in the live floor, all while Luffy is running, just running
Temporarily blocking hakai (not fully) and nearly dying doing so
