This PU will allow Zoro to use Top tier attacks. Bt since his Haki n stuffs are limited, he can only do that one or twice, it will take too much of toll on Zoro body.

The part, users even dies, Kinnemon suggests to not use it. It takes a toll on Zoro body by overusing Haki to produce a. Unnecessarily strong slash. That much is if Spoilers are true.

Well Ryumma never faced Kaidou so we will never know bt his Haki mastery seems to be better because of Black Blade.
Even tho Enma needs more control of Ryou, so technically Oden Haki should have been better, bt since the sword doesn't seems to be a Black sword, so i would favour Ryumma here.

As for Oden cutting Kaidou, i am guessing he has quite good Haki flow and this Sword allowed Oden to perform the strongest slash he could which ended up injuring Kaidou with perma scar, n hence other Top tier didn't. Atleast that's my take on it.
