Interesring and it confirms few things

- A sword can increase in rank by becoming a black blade
- Emma is a stronger sword than Shusui naturally, but currently it's in the same lvl as Shusui because it's not a black blade
- Oden didn't manage to turn Emma black, so Ryuma had better Ryu mastery had Oden

Though it makes me question what was Shusui's original grade? Was it even lower than now? What happens to a supreme sword if it gets turn black. Will it be of an even higher grade?

I think it's safe to assume the arc won't end on Onigashima raid. Luffy's alliance will got stomped hard, and team Neko and probably also team Jinbe from WCI, came in last second providing way to escape and regroup.

Same level but Enma comes with additional power up that shusui does not have.


For example enma increase zoro attack power a lot more than shusui
Enma has a weird ability that has to do with haki

The one feat of damaging the invincible Kaido puts him above Ryuma in my book. Ryuma doesn't exactly have feats like that under his belt. Let's be real here.

Maybe but tell me why are Wano people putting shuisui to the level as a national treasure and not Ema?

I am not that sure that Ema is a better sword per se.

I do think that it will help Zoro to improve overhall with the armament hacky and also in stamina but I am carefull with Ema is better than Shuisui.
