Kizaru also has the most busted devil fruit in the series. If not for plot armor, he'd be the strongest admiral.

Yes i know Oda didnt do BM justice but still she is one of the strongest characters and after she take 1 year of her life to get stronger i think that she deserves to be higher.

@Seraphoenix well in fairness Fujitora did use his gravity powers while Mihawk didn't use his CoC.
I am putting Admirals on Yonko level assuming they have advanced CoC.

If they don't then I'll agree Yonkou are a level above.

You'd think if admirals were that weak ,one of them would already have gotten defeated as hypetool for another character by now seeing how long they have been in the series (Aokiji was introduced in chapter 3xx)
Yet the only character to defeat an admiral.. was another admiral.
