Yeah I just don't buy that notion anymore.
I think there are levels to this shit.

Like Mihawk mid/high diffs Big Mom or Fujitora etc

What each character shines in, lacks in another aspect

Big Mom has zero IQ, and low AP but maxed out Durablity and endurance
Mihawk has canon Busted AP, definitely the highest in the story AND FS with probably low ass durability

Going back to Katakuri/King/Marco stuff, three point men of Yonko Crew's, the Yonkos were always at stalemates since their crews were at stalemates. (Barring Shanks and Benny since they're a new Yonko crew).

Katakuri lacks high ap and durability but makes up for in speed, future sight, and endurance
King lacks super CoO/CoC, so its made up in crazy AP and Durability
Marco has crazy regen, which pretty much was enough to make a Yonko hesitate on clashing

this applies same with yonkos and top tiers of the old gen imo

Just one stat isn't enough to put her on Mihawk level especially considering Mihawk would cut through LinLin like a butter as if her durability is irrelevant.

Mihawk is maximized in like 4 or 5 stats
Big Mom is almost maximized in one stat, even in that stat Kaido outshines her.

Mihawk is an EOS character, I genuinely believe he will be like the Im to Luffy for Zoro.
They both even got the same eyes.
In all fairness mihawk is an anomaly
