Akainu almost lost in two shots against Whitebeard, and King lost in what, 2-3 shots against Zoro?
Endurance is the ability to take punishment and keep on going. Doesn't matter how much of an initial attack you can withstand, if you can't continue to last that long afterwards.
Granted Katakuri wasn't so much endurance testing, as he dodged most of the attacks until the very end, but even so, he still managed to withstand a half hour worth of Snakeman attacks, after exhausting his stamina over the course of 10 hours.

It is a measure of how much damage you need to take before you go down if we're being intellectually honest. Like damage threshold. Three shots of Advanced Conquerors from Zoro are all better than the 13 hits Katakuri took.
I'd generally give Zoans the edge in endurance, especially Ancient Zoans who are reknown for that, and I simply go by Jack's feats when you scale King or Queen against their near equals and not against vastly superior opponents like King of Hell Zoro and Ifrit Jambe Sanji respectively - 5 days it is against their peers.
Then again, Katakuri's endurance feats are nothing to scoff at. His endurance should be scaled by how long he can sustain his awakening + Future Sight rather than the damage he takes, because he chooses to avoid damage entirely.
I'd say Marco (Phoenix Regen literally works on Endurance) > King (Ancient Zoan) > Katakuri when it comes to scaling endurance for the First Mates.
Its much better if zoro fights fuji where he can get feats of cutting huge meteors if not something island level where as with kizaru its all about speed and even marco was tagging him ; zoro shines more against fuji than kizaru imo

While I understand your feelings, I don't think Fuji anti feats are worse than BM, if we excuse her showings due to context, same can be applied to Fuji who never wanted to capure Luffy or Zoro. I think the G3 thing is overblown, as the next chapter he blocked one without hardening (that we saw him using with the birdcage) nor using his devil fruit power.
Imo the only bad showing is him being seen wearing bandages after the apparent clash with Sabo and 3 revo commanders despite having the backup of another admiral.
The thing, is that we clearly saw in Dressrosa that Fuji was a clear cut above Mera Sabo (please no bad faith) so either the 3 revo commanders are actually much above vet level that people seem to believe they are or Sabo grew much stronger. Or his wounds aren't that serious (Garp wore bandages 3 weeks after marineford, and I don't think he had an extreme diff fight off screen wiht blackbeard pirates). There's also the possibility he restrained himself as he was fighting straight where celestial dragons live and I don't think he's that much above a YC1 physically (his OP devil fruit is what makes him so strong).
