Strength doesnt change, except if he can make use of the black blade's full potential, assuming that is a thing in the first place.
Blue flames dont come from Shusui. It came from Wado iirc.
Aside from having a more durable blade, nothing would change, even that doesnt play a role from what we saw so far.

It depends on however Oda handles the fight. Does King fly out of Zoro's reach? Does King fly at him and Zoro uses that to his advantage? Does King need to be at a certain distance to attack Zoro, and if so, is he within Zoro's reach of his flying slashes? Oda's desired story where Zoro and Sanji get the heavy hitters matter more than current power levels.
