During the festival Zoro will rematch with killer (with his weapons), solo kyoshiro and proceed to one shot orochi, than go to skin kings chicken ass, and than tagteam kaido with luffy and behead him while turning all his swords black
He might also fight smoothie and big mom as a warm up after he beats kid and law with no swords

Honestly though, I truly wonder if Hiyori's decision to delay the meeting with the rest is actually right! Momonosuke also wanted to do the same if I recall. Even Kinemon wanted the same with his wife where he did not want to return to her until the war is over

Because there could be a chance that oda may use some of these plots to render our alliances members or to make them face harder obstacles later on

seeing how Oda is handling this arc and the power ups and his wish to finish OP in 5 years , yes after this arc Luffy will be a yonkou level and Zoro , Sanji and Jinbe will be of the best yonko commanders out there at least better than Kaido and BM's commanders .
