As said Kinemon already saw Zoro power..he wouldn't have said anything if hardening was enough.
So it's no just hardening ....a sword like Enma needs high Ryuo mastery which Zoro has .
CoA is the pillar of swordmanship .....him having adv CoA should not surprise you.
(This migth be the first showing of advance CoA on a sword ,so far it has been shown with hands only).

Gyaku is right there. The fight wasn't over. If Gyaku wanted, he could kill him easily when he was down. No excuse going down there. Going for a weapon doesn't mean they give up as they soon fight again with Zoro unable to down him one bit.
Luffy can survive more as shown with his ribs being damage by Katakuri and he didn't go down even when Flambe can in to interfere and made it 2 vs 1 technically. Please don't use Luffy as one and the same as it's not at all.

You know I find it kind of weird that less than half the Strawhat crew have actually received power-ups by now. I mean Luffy is a given; he gets one every arc almost. Now Zoro and Sanji have followed him this time with item upgrades, and Nami got Zeus on Cake Island. So that leaves Franky, Robin, Usopp, Chopper, and I guess Brook with nothing much. Yeah, I know Oda doesn't have time to pursue every little detail, but you'd think he would give the rest of the Strawhats something cool once in a great while.

So, if I'm not mistaken before he gave Shusui, he had 2 swords (Wado and Shusui) who were in 21 great grade swords, and 1 sword (Sandai Keitetsu) to be in the third rank after 21
Zoro simply replaced one of his great swords with another great sword. So, he still did not make the leap to Saijo O-wazomono which has 12 blades.
I could say that it must be the Shodai Keitetsu that will be the choice
UNLESS Oda actually intends on making all of Zoro swords to be created by the same person, Shimotsuki Kouzaboro who made both of Enma and Wado. It wouldn't surprise me considering the ties Zoro has with Shimotsuki family.
