Lmfao, that's so true! One Piece the sad backstory simulator!
I really thought we would get a full on sad backstory for King but Oda also dropped the ball with Katakur in that regard, so maybe I got my hopes up too much lol. But King had some similarities to Sanji seemijngly and Oda was making parallels between Sanji and King too, making them clash and such and you would think, the reveal of a powerful, sought after race who were wiped out and King being the last survivor of his race would warrant a LOT more backstory and character for King than we got....
