Youve seen a healthy 30 year old DROP HALF HIS HEIGHT in 8 years?

Denjiro is about 8 - 8.5 Meters in this flashback when he's supposedly 30 years old. 8 years later he is 38 years old in Zoro's flashback and HE WAS NOT in prisoned or malnutritioned or anything and he's about 2.8 meters

So a healthy MIDDLE AGED man lost more than half his height. Show me where in one piece this has happened
