Mihawk is a different story, he is a God Tier character who is confirmed stronger than Yonkou and other Yonkou level characters like Zoro and Oden and we haven't seen anyone land a hit on him or him break a sweat.

We can give someone with God Tier CONCRETE hype and portrayal like Mihawk or Xebec benefit of the doubt.
Sanji is a different story, we have seen him fight
we have seen him eat shit
we have seen him be underwhelming

Well to me it look like base also on the title that Oda want to rush the finale.
No matter how many plot line remain that is the feeling I get from Oda.
This wasnt really a set up chapter, more almost a conclusion to kidd/Law vs Big Mom next chapter you will get a few panels that will prove if they won or if Big Mom is gona just get stale by this 2 offpanel of course.
I think even Oda knew that he spent this long in this arc.

I have really had a lot of complaints this arc, but you really can't complain that Oda "rushed" to the finale lol.

We have been on Onigashima for 2+ years/60 chapters now and even BM/Kaido have been fighting for 40 chapters (and already tanked countless strong attacks btw).

We find out in this chapter that the steel bar homies Big Mom made are just as magnetic as regular metal since we see them being sucked in for Kids attack. If Big Mom was still magnitized with Assign then the homies would be sticking to her right now. Since they're not I think we can say that Assign wore off.
