Not Law , the AOE being large means nothing for Law's ability , the random no name attack he launched on vergo cut a mountain but that's specifically cause of the mechanic of his fruit , is not a strength feat.

Not on this case imo. Law used all his energy to create an attack powerful enough to break Big Mom's bones while affecting Wano (or Onigashima?). This attack doesn't seem like spatial hax tbh.
