But the thing is here they don't even use haki to make their strongest attacks. It seems very weird to me. I can see that law's haki is invisible one as we saw it in punk hazard. but even kidd's haki is invisible? Bigmom is not using haki to defend herself that's for sure. But i agree with you you don't need a ad conq haki to become top tier.

You don´t need busting a country to prove to be a country lvl character, aren´t you visit Comicvine in past to know such things?
Attack Potency is very important in this case but also the range of the attack.
In case Law attack effect the wano country with means it probably not just shake it,but even then it is a country lvl attack.

If the fight is truly over, that's honestly really disappointing. Regardless if the panels look cool, this fight should have had way more focus.

If this was Luffy vs Big Mom or if it was Kid and Zoro or Law and Zoro vs Big Mom, I'm pretty sure Oda would be giving the fight more focus.

Tbh, I think Kidd and Law could have good fights with Fujitora.

Fujitora’s best feat is affecting an entire country with his gravity, and Law and Kidd’s new feats are similar.

Fuji's meteor feats are interstellar-level, btw. He did those feats so casually, too, anybody who believes he is the weakest Admiral is kidding themselves.
