at end of the day Law and Kid didn't perfected their power yet and they are very exhausted and still have such power, imagine how powerful they will be when they perfects their power and are at 100% they are basically Yonko/admiral level. which makes me think that admirals really depends really heavy on their DF power , since they all have very hax ones, they might have decent haki but not advanced CoC.

It was stated before that to even use awakening one must perfect their fruits abilities. Based on ability they aren't becoming an stronger than this. However what will increase is their stamina to continuously use it
