Yes and they got stronger.

Zoro will undeniably have a yc1 tier bounty EoW. So will Sanji. Both of their foes had 1.3 B bounties. Zoro will be 1.5 billion realistically

Kid and Law are portrayed as stronger here. Their bounties will be closer if not surpassing 2b

Imagine if he get both in the future, if his attack already is like that, imagine EoS Kid..
