Nah, I have subdivisions in my tier list. My Top Tier scaling is commensurate with my High Tier scaling. Honestly, the gap between my strongest and weakest "Top Tiers" may be even smaller than the gap between my strongest and weakest "High Tiers".

A Peak High Tier like King beats a Low High Tier like Jack easier than a Peak High Tier like Primebeard beats a Low Top Tier like Yamato/1010 Luffy.
