The difference between Kaido and Big Mom tanking attacks is that Big Mom nearly always took top tier attacks against Kid and Law. Kaido ate more attacks yes but not every attack was very damaging.

I am glad that Oda has made Kid and Law OP without advanced CoC. Seeing Luffy and Kaido haki clash for the 1000th time got really old. We need more variety in fighting styles among the top tiers. In some ways I like this fight more than Luffy vs Kaido, hyped for the Anime extending it.

Kaido could one hit Luffy without destroying the area with Thunder Bagua. Why couldn't Fuji one shot the Revos?

Why does he need big AoE? Why do you think big AoE is useful in a setting that isn't fodder control? Does Ace beat Rayleigh because he has island sized Entei? Does Enel beat Garp?
