Shallow wasnt a problem for Law gk ignores durability anyway so that wouldn't have been an issue. Oda just made kaido durable inside and out maybe an oni thing even .

Awakening is a good medium to bypass haki difference apparently in order to let hax still work. I hope not entirely or else Law could already potentially kill anyone in the verse if he tried enough.
