When I mention the BMP coming back, I mean it as a way to make the "fight" feel more difficult. Rather than Kaido fodder, you bring them into the mix to make the situation seem more desperate if Big Mom is still up.
Then you have Oda show off their powers as they. wreck Samurai. Then you have certain strawhats, allies etc come in to handle them in minimum time. It's not meant to be major 1v1 moments, just beats that resolve her crew before her.
