Since you claimed to have sort of unspecified claim restriction, I'll make this info public for your own sake. Surely, you should have no objections to this tidbit, even if it's technically wrong, given what we have discussed:

Ratchet has had 3 independent investigations fail on him, both while he was delving in layer 4 (which typically results in a rolecrush).

Since Ratchet cannot provide this info, according to himself, voluntarily, I'm taking the opportunity to recommend nobody else try to investigate him, as it would be a waste.
