The pace wont be a any problem if they make Roofpiece and upcoming toptier battles (king vs zoro) with toptier animation

if thats not the case then fuck the toei

It’s nearly unwatchable.

they only get away with it because it’s One Piece and it’s been running for 1000 episodes. No one would watch a new show at this pace.

I used to watch it weekly but I decided to switch on monthly because than you have a mini marathon and have a better flow while watching.

Also who hurt you man that you argue on twitter :perocry:

Onigashima in the anime so far is a huge letdown for me.
1 chapter per episode was working just fine for ages, it was already like that even long before time-skip. Not the best pace, but it worked well enough.
Onigashima part on the other hand has many episodes with just half a chapters and I believe at least one used only 6 pages.
Of course, roofpiece and other fights will start soon and we can get crazy good episodes, but for the moment it's really bad.

Honestly, the Anime pacing up till now has been too slow. Both the Manga, but especially the Anime need better editing imo.

Too much drawn out focus on insignificant events and not enough focus on the more important battles and events.

I am enjoying the arc very much for the Rooftop 5, Law and Robin greatness, but it took too long to get to this point.

The story and pacing get much better from this point on though.

The pacing doesn't bother me, at all.
I keep seeing people saying shit about it but i never really noticed it being too slow, well, maybe a couple of times during some shots, sure, but other than that, nah.

But hey, i'm definitely biased since i believe OP is the best thing of all time, a flawless masterpiece... so my opinion don't matter to you.

Yet, here i am :luuh:

Can't even watch anime anymore. Not sure how I managed to watch Wano until pandemics made anime to stop. Those effects are ridiculous and they are doing terrible things changing the story.
