No, Kaido is far stronger but the feat itself is a reflection of what happened to Kaido vs. Oden i.e., it's a parallel of Oden's Togen Totsuka and Ryuma's dragon's slaying feat.

Oden wad garbage fucking fodder mf all out move able to just scar kaido which halfdead zoro with broken bones able to do

Zoro / Ryuma are the Dragon slayers and Kaido is literally called himself as a dragon

And editor said Even dragon can slayed with a one swing and it depend on if kaido strong as a Dragon
