Everyone will suck at it lol. Don't let that deter you from getting it though, the appeal of this series is that you progress through defeat, learn from the mistakes and succeed! Plus there will be lots of new players just like you, take your time and enjoy the game at your own pace.

I tried playing dark souls few years ago and couldn't reach anywhere with it....and then I tried playing Nioh 2 this year, I Barely beat the first boss with 10s of times trying and then after that no matter what I did I wasn't able to beat the monsters, they could kill with 2 shots and they are so fast it is inevitable to not get hit when 2 of them appears

Nioh is far faster, DS is far slower, including Elden Ring and Bloodborne.
Only thing I can tell you is it comes with practice. I know I'm biased though, Monster Hunter is my favorite franchise and is quite literally based on the idea of studying varied bosses and defeating them for loot for hundreds of hours, so it's why I like these 2 franchises too. Same idea applies to Horizon, and why the next 2 weeks are insane to process for me.
