Toei should just adapt one panel for a 20 minutes episode, we can't have characters moving and shit. 
Noodles and his buddies were right, the rooftop was fan service, imagine that the R5 will actually fight back and not just stand there the whole time, this is insane!
Luffy and Zoro have a similar gag that is much more impressive as they can find inanimate things that don't have haki, auras and intentions but as usual candies run everything into the ground and try to powerscale gags.

Toei really just skipped the part where Luffy mentions that he still has a lot to learn about color of observation when Sanji leaves them after feeling something with his CoO.
Instead they put Jinbei to say what he said above plus some other stuff
Toei loving Sanji recently:
- Makes Sanji actually fight King in the Raid Suit, with a non existant named move that Sanji treats like it was special, only to hype King
- Creates non existant scenes with Queen when Zoro attacks him.
- Completely removes Drake fighting Apoo in the scene where Zoro attacks Apoo
- Extend the scenes where Sanji gets captured, by a lot, and insert several non canon dialogues.
Is Zoro's FC making those episodes?

But on Sanji's case it hits different, because Oda already gave hints about how Sanji's CoO is pretty good, like when he dodged Katakuri's Jelly bean and a shot from the priest at once in the Tea Party, something that Katakuri couldn't predict with his FS
Luffy only manages to do that much later, when Flampe shoots him but he dodges it with his eyes closed, like he already knew it. At that time he was already managing to react to some of Katakuri's attacks by seeing the future, but only at a few especific moments.
