i would go for brook because like 40-50 years of spending alone with a bunch of skeletons(even though now he himself is a skeleton) in a sea. atleast others has some people and did some things ,brook is just wandering alone in ship and whoever sees hears his voice or saw his haunting ship will be scared. That is a torture inself apart from the loved ones being infront of you who died. Even then he longed to see one last time and tell laboon that they were dead. That kind of will ,heart and joy he is showing .No matter who it is they can't touch brook's backstory in my opnion.
