Being a spitting image of Ryuma means nothing more than just that. Ushimaru is a spitting image of Ryuma and is nothing of note. Zoro is also a spitting image of Ushimaru lol. It's not like they were born with gifted genes since Ushimaru is clearly the best counter example.
