Luffy was helped by 15 others and got multiple heals

Yamato confirmed Luffy is barely standing going into this 1vs1, wheras Kaido was only starting to show minor signs of fatigue through his passive ability weakening slightly.
Waking up from a knock out using grit isn't a heal.
Luffy got only 1 "heal" trhough food that restored enough stamina to go from being unable to move, to being able to fight for a short period of time.

Nope, Wano really improved Luffy's base non devil fruit powers. His base power with no devil fruit are better than Base Kaido. That should telly ou how op luffy is. And he will get even stronger without the use of his devil fruit once he get Roger and Shanks CoC level 3(the power they use to match whitebeards gura gura no mi).

Are you slow? Page One and Ulti had their ancient zoan durability/regen hyped to recover from their attacks, but Kaido's far superior fruit that grants him near impervousness to non ryuo based attacks has had no regenerative benefits?
