Seeing the panels, Luffy felt rushed this chapter. He went to G4 just last chapter, if he’s feeling that he is gonna lose his form soon, he is beating up Kaido for around 20 minutes and Kaido performed this well after that? Kaido is really insane man.

The Kanji for all of them states

- Kong Gun = Monkey King Gun

- Over Kong Gun = Supreme (like Supreme King/Haoshoku) Monkey King Gun

Doflamingo and Kat clearly said they awakened. Why would Kaido be any different?
If he awakened, he woulda said it.

@Roo a reason why I don´t believe that Kaido used awakened yet.
When it come to Luffy fights, Oda hype anything new of the enemy, when Doffy and Kata used their awakened power, Oda made it clear.
I think we will see Kaido awakened power when Luffy also used his one.

This isn't a close fight. The difference between Kaido and Luffy is too vast right now.

And guess what? His awakening is yet to be unleashed. He hasn't even gone all out yet.

If Kaido really has awakened power as trumpcard, I can´t imagine Luffy taking it alone down...

I dont understand how on earth, many Luffy opponents, by their own will, start to set for a fair fight against Luffy, and want a cclean Victory against him, while Luffy himslelf doesnt bother running from the Battlefield, cheating in battle by getting unfair rests, getting helpful interference etcc... On the orher hand, his two top opponents in New World want a fair and clean win. Remember how Luffy ran away from kata? Kidnapped his sister and tried to hit hier ? What a son a bitch. Then kata stabbed himselfl ol. Same is happening here. Luffy gets his ass beaten by kaido multiple times, and got saved by zoro(two Times) traffy crew, etc. He reloaded his Haki and protein reserves. Luffy even cheap shotted him when kaido was struggling against Yamato.

I mean kaido should be proud of his W, especially this one, where Luffy was running out of Haki anyways, so he would have been koed with or without cp0.

unfair rests? what about unfair camping at the top of a skull dome that Luffy had to fight loads of fodder and semi-fodder to get to.
Kaido views Luffy as a near equal and wants to beat him at his strongest, not in some cheap way. Luffy didn't want to 2vs1 Kaido with Yamato either, but your downplaying didn't mention that, he even told Law to get off the roof, but you didn't mention that.

That was a 5vs2 group battle not a 1vs1, and Luffy was getting targeted by both yonko while the others could skate away freely.

When Luffy fought both yonko in G4 he gave enough time for all the others to rest from being struck by lightning, only fair Zoro should look after his captain for a short period of time, to have the audacity to claim he was going to do it then immediately have Kaido swallow Luffy, was not a good look for Zoro.

Imagine he gets a temporary ticket back, to kill Kaido. He fails, he dies. If he succeeds, then he lives but now the doctors in Wano have to save him

The 1v1 myth Kaido has has to be broken. Regardless what happens Luffy will beat him 1v1. At best I see the alliance stalling Kaido while Luffy recovers
