will- modal verb used to indicate the future
Learning to master it and training with it will make Zoro stronger, thus Zoro's training will make him stronger, not the sword.
Also notice the question mark at the end of the sentence, indicating a hypotheses, not a certainty.

Also, the future means even 1 min past that moment, and several days passed and he improved so I can do this like you and say the future is now.
