Chapter Discussion HAHAHAHAHAHA look at you now.

I find it fascinating people actually think One Piece is better story than Naruto. The whole premise of One Piece is about a mystery that hasn't been told for the past 25 years. All you guys are clinging to in One Piece is a mystery that you have no idea about. In Naruto, Hunter x Hunter, Attack on Titan, so many long running mangas we were all told the mysteries behind them about mid way through the series. In One Piece we still don't know anything even after 25 years.

There is no emotional impact in One Piece. It is literally the same cut and paste formula every arc. Luffy goes into the island, some sad princess story, Luffy gets a power up and defeats the enemy, the end. In Naruto, almost every arc had an emotional impact, whether it be Granny Chiyo saving Gara while Naruto was crying his eyes out, or Deidara vs Sasuke, Sasuke vs Danzo, Jiraya vs Pain, Pain destroying the leave village, and so much more. One Piece has no emotional impact, it is just all about hype moments.

My point is luffy is not a hero but an anarchist. Naruto is a peacemaker.
Naruto's goal was to become Hokage and to be acknowledged, not to become a hero.
Luffy does not care about heroic shit.
Naruto didn't either. Whether you become a hero or not is not determined by your desire to do so. So what are you even arguing about?

Luffy never sacrificed people. They followed his lead on their own accord. As all free men. A lot of Naruto's friends died in the war too, so?

What the fuck. You can say the same shit about the world government.

Naruto was a peacemaker which was congruent with becoming hokage. Luffy does not give a shit or actively seeks out and disregards people for calling him a hero.

So, what's the official definition of a hero?

"A hero is a real person or a main fictional character who, in the face of danger, combats adversity through feats of ingenuity, courage, or strength."

So, how the fuck do Luffy's goals and ambitions disqualify from being a hero? Who the fuck said that in order to be a hero, you have to want to be a hero?

Dude, you make absolutely no sense.

Bro since when does pirate king have to do with hero?

Pirates are heroes. What the fuck? Even the battles are for goods and land. Naruto did not conquer anything

You are making themselves look like a fool but in a place where it is filled with fools you are normal
Obvious cope is obvious.

Your original post made the assumption: Luffy now received the same power up as Naruto, hence it is ironical that people previously shamed Naruto for it.

Reality: We don't know yet how strong Joyboy is and whether he is the equivalent of a god tier in Naruto - it is your assumption.

And since your original claim stands no factual basis, you now continue ranting about some random shit and try to justify why One Piece and Luffy's role is bad and he is a false hero, just to have a point and win the argument.

It's silly. Just accept your points had no basis to begin with.

I am not in denial about anything dude. I do nit have the time or the desire to break down everything.

The initial topic is part of the talk we are having now about luffy being a character or not.

I could have elaborated the main post and talked about how the story is shit and the consequences are idiotic such as kinemon surviving to kaido but luffy dying and coming back to life.

One piece is garbage. One piece has become so bad I do not have the desire to say my trademark catchphrase. I am not mad at wano anymore. This is dogshit.

Now explain in odatard talk how luffy is a hero

You can find One Piece garbage all you want. But Luffy fulfills the formal requirements for being called a Hero. Again. The definition:

"A hero is a real person or a main fictional character who, in the face of danger, combats adversity through feats of ingenuity, courage, or strength."

Does Luffy, in face of danger, combat adversity through feats of ingenuity, courage and/or strength? Yes he does.

Your definition of what hero is, is a myth.
