Advanced CoC on average easily.
Awakenings only are off the charts, when the DF is s-class and then it's thanks to it being such a crazy powerful ability in the first place and not thanks to awakening per se.
Nearly if not all of the awakened fruit users would end up being much more powerful if they would have advCoC instead in combination with their basic ability, while it's additionally a safe call against all types of opponents including logias.

Hmm I would beg to differ about Chinjao because if he were to unlock acoc that means he has gotten stronger than what we have previously seen him including when he was battling Garp back in the day. Will he unlock it now at this old age? Probably and most likely not but the fact that if he were to unlock it means that his base stats pre unlock would be much higher than they are now that's not even including the boost that acoc gives you already.

Most of people: Advanced Conqueror is more impressive, as it has a minimum required level as at least stronger than Yonko First Mates, while even Doflamingo, Crocodile and Perospero can unlock DF Awakening.

Obviously awakening is the most powerful boost. It was the last powerup. People just went overboard with the new Hakis, because they were new.
But that doesn’t mean FS + ACoA/ACoC are useless. Just not as OP as people think.
At the end of the day, it’s just about how strong your base is. All these abilities are add ons. Even with Super Saiyan, base Goku later on became stronger than his earliest SSJ1 transformation.
