Powered up version of Zoro with Enma was getting molested by King pre ACoC power up.

Pot calling the kettle black.
No he was only worried about Kings ability

Chapter 1000 Luffy gets no diffed by King, tell me how can he damage King when zoros attack power is a billion times stronger and he couldn't damage him.

And Enma was a nerf not power up, King himself called it a nerf

Shanks went to the Gorosei to talk about Blackbeard same as he did back when he went to see whitebeard.

He seems to me that he hold a great grudge and caution towards BB.
Except there's zero reason to have omitted it from the conversation if it's something we know.

It's called a red herring. You rely on past knowledge to assume that's what he's talking about. Except the pirates name wasn't mentioned.

It could just be because Shanks was going to talk about something very important storywise about BB and Oda likes to keep us guessing all the time. Besides Oda likes his mysteries very much, I doubt we'll lean anything noteworthy about BB until the very end of the series.

He could have literally said the name though lol. It does not make sense to omit who he was talking about unless its meant to be surprising.

Like I said Oda likes to keep us guessing, he could have had Shanks mention BB to the Gorosei back then but he cut away and then we have the Nika reveal to confuse us even further. It is what it is, and I'm not saying it's 100% BB either but you have to admit that he's the most likely at this point.

No I don't have to admit it because I don't believe that's the case lmao.

Blackbeard did nothing of note before 907. Remember the last thing Shanks does before seeing the Yonko. :kayneshrug:

Agree to disagree then. :kayneshrug:

And I remember BB was committing himself to get his hands on smth very important during the events of Wano, it could just be simply because of that Shanks went to meet with the Gorosei, so...

The scene in 956 happened after the Reverie and was a direct fallout from that:

Highly suspected to be Pluton. This event also didn't occur until after Shanks spoke with the Gorosei.

The scene in 956 has nothing to do with Wano. He and Marines are going after something else putside of the country:

Highly suspected to be Pluton. This event also didn't occur until after Shanks spoke with the Gorosei and the Reverie.
I didn't say it has smth to do with Wano but happening simultaniously with the events of Wano. As for Shanks, he has a great enemety with BB, so he could simply have had prio knowledge to BB's goal(s) and made a conclusion that this is the perfect time for the latter to go for it so he sought the WG help to stop him among many other conjecture I could make.

Read the post again, I misread.

Anyway, it happened after the Reverie. Blackbeard didn't know about it until after the Reverie. This was beyond any of their control.

We simply don't have all the facts to judge that. Shanks could simply have had some secret intel that something is going to happen to Alabasta and he concluded that this is the best time for BB to make his big move and sought the WG help among many other such scenarios.

I mean, we do lol. Nothing "happened" to Alabasta until Cobra decided to ask them questions. There is dialogue that talks about this in 908. It wasn't "planned" before then.

But sure, you can think what you want lol. I'm just pointing out that it does NOT make narrative sense to hide the subjects name when we already know they hate each other. Not when Blackbeard hasn't done shit post timeskip.

Remember the Shanks/Whitebeard conversation. It started because Thatch was killed and Ace went after BB. There was a reason for the conversation.
Right now, there was zero reason in the story for Shanks to talk about Blackbeard. Nothing happened with the character until 956.

The event at the Reverie was not pre-planned. The Gorosei literally mention in 1037 that they've been dealing with that headache, as if something got out that wasn't supposed to happen in the first place. Information leaked out and its cause huge problems around the world

Cobra wasn't the only one to ask them questions so why he's the only one having problems? You and me don't the complete facts of the Alabasta incident so don't make conclusions based on that. We don't even know who's the one responsible for it, WG, Rev, etc...

In addition how it does not make any narrative sense that BB is the discussed subject? There is no contradicts there whatsoever you're just making things up. And you're making it like Shanks had a complete conversation on panel with the Gorosei like what we had back when he met whitebeard, Oda simply cut away before anything important was said here.
