People forget Zeff was once acclaimed pirate in Grand line , even big mom seems to know him because Sanji was cook their in baratie .

I am certain Zeff was Head Chef in Rox pirates , Why do you think Don Kreig was desperate to take Journal from him ? Oda planned this way ahead Zef knows lot about World's secret and he set out to find All Blues so his dream coincides with whatever Rocks were associating btw .

Kureha is very interesting food for thought , she seems to know about pirates real good Btw we have not seen why Blackbeard invaded her country ? Did he plan to recruit her and she turned down ? Blackbeard in rage destroyed the country haha makes sense .

This is my speculation i dont think oda will do it. I ll be amazed if guy like zeff never encountered Roger or Rocks in his heydays.

Can't wait for Kaido's flashback and hope that we see all prominent members from the Rocks crew in it.Also can't wait to see Xebec who probably was beast for been able to get so many powerful people in his crew.

The fact that Oda gave an answer like this means he has at least pondered on the idea at some point. Very much means at least to me that we’ll be seeing more flashbacks later on in the 60-40 years ago range. Makes me wonder if Brook is more familiar with Rocks than with Roger as well.

Makes me wonder if that’s how Rayleigh first met Shakky, like if it was through Rocks and Roger’s rivalry that Shakky and Rayleigh first saw each other, not necessarily being love at first sight, but still developed an interest in each other that lived on even after the Rocks Pirates disbanded.
