What he is doing should be "pump even more blood but in his heart". The reason is simple, the pose he is doing is the same pose as gear 2 and what g2 did was pump blood all over his body. Here he says "get loud heartbeat sound" meaning that he is doing something to his heart, and looking at his pose, he should be pumping more blood than normal in his heart, which sounds really dangerous
