Baroque Works already used English, and the previous arc used Japanese with the Vinsmoke. I would say Spanish, but does it count the Seats of Doflamingo's crew used Spanish?

I'm not sure about using Spanish to indicate their numbers but Doflamingo's Seats doesn't really count for me but we will see. Maybe Oda will use French numbers but who knows?

lolz I literally thought the same thing when I wrote that:ROFLMAO:. From what I can tell it's pronounced in whatever language the person saying it is from - For example when I was thought, I pronounced it in English. The beast pirates seem to have a viking theme of sorts so maybe it'd be pronounced in Norse:unsure:

Pretty much. They are just symbols corresponding to the arabic numbers.

I have the feeling that the Beast Pirates are way more numerous than 20 000 men, these men may be the ones who are present at the Fire Festival but that's not counting those who are on ships like the ones showed in this chapter, left to guard the rest of Wano during the festival and those who watch the other islands owned by Kaido.
