I've actually suspected Sulong Bepo is being saved as a final stand to protect Law's life from someone strong, that Bepo might go all out to try to protect Law and may lose his life or at least go on a rampage like Monster Chopper's first appearance.

But I saw it mentioned he's used it before as Shachi and Penguin have mentioned seeing it in his SBS? At this point I'm not sure why Oda is holding off showing it then, especially when we saw tons of other Minks using it including Wanda and finally Neko and Inu too! We never got to see Pedro's so if he is alive then there is still hope unless we see it in a flashback ofc LOL!
