Zoro is absolutely getting back up Marco is still here and his powers can still be said to do anything. There’s also chopper who is a genius doctor in his own right as well as Hiyori healing the Scabbards. Oda will find a way.
As for who can hurt him both Zoro and Sanji will be able to do heavy damage. And characters can play support and do it well.
Do people forget what happened when BM attacked the Sunny’s ship? Chopper easily tanked one of big moms punches. Brook was able to still fight despite his weakness. Nami was able to hurt her. Jinbe able to toss her with his fishman karate.
Now add in the power of Zoro and Sanji, Frankys weaponry (possibly upgraded with queens tech), robins ability which we saw against pacifistas and oars can be very disruptive, and usopps pop greens which if stampede was any clue can be much stronger than anyone gives him credit for.
