No, not really. This is how wars work in general. Big countries wouldn't just wipe out small countries in a day or two because they're weaker. We shouldn't underestimate Putin or Russia. Ukraine isn't the worst he can do.

True, but even his strongest warship just sank. Russians are heavily against this war, a lot of them, by far not all, his Allies deny his request for weapons and soldiers (china, Saudi Arabia…), his openly false information spread like bushfires, so he loses Legitimation inside of his troops and civilization. It’s not going well for him. And the world sees that.

Best case scenario for him is to be executed. Also ofc china, Saudi Arabi, etc deny request for soldiers, what do people expect, this will just start ww3, russia will be deleted fast from the map in this case, in both cases, nuclears are used or not, same scenario.
