According to the WU it said that x-shots were not wasted. Which would mean that it didn't spend your ammo if you did use it.
So in this case resolved means "the shot didn't go through but you don't lose ammo"

Besides Joygirl's oneshot invest item, so far I think it's just me and Nana who claimed to be invest and having all that invest immune scums would be unfair with only two invest players. RB-immune too and one that also reads maf chat
