Kaido vs Luffy is already the longest fight in the series and it’s only now moving to the capital+still no Kaido awakening or flashback and Luffy is only starting to get used to using Gear 5, the amount of gas Oda is giving this fight I can’t see getting matched by anything else in the series (as I don’t see Luffy needing 4/5 attempts to beat BB)

What you are missing is fighting exposure from both Roger and Shanks.

Shanks has always been seen wielding a blade in combat, has “dueled” the current world’s strongest swordsman in Mihawk and posses a named blade to top it all off. What part of that screams anything else other than swordsman?

Why should Luffy think of Mihawk as a threat? He doesn't stay in his way, he minds his own business. Unlike the Yonko, who have a powerful crew, strong allies and territories and stall each other in their pursuit for Raftel.

Mihawk is fodder compared to the Yonko and Roger. It will never change no matter how much zoro fanboys want it.

The moment it was revealed Shanks became a Yonko 6 years ago, was the moment mihawk became fodder to Yonko, combined with him running away from Shanks at marineford,and horrible feats.

Ir funny watching them steuggle and bargain, trying to tie Mihawk to Shanks, when the last time they fought was 12+ years ago.
